Yes, entirely. Browse listings, upload a resume, save searches, and subscribe to weekly email alerts — all at no cost, no paywall, no credit card. Employers pay to post; candidates never do.
03How do employers post jobs?+
Employers post directly through the employer portal. We offer single-listing, bundle, and featured-placement packages designed specifically for finance and legal recruiting. Single listings start at an industry-standard flat fee; featured placements appear at the top of the sector landing page for the duration of the post.
04Who operates TopOneHire?+
TopOneHire is independently operated. Founded in 2022, we focus on giving employers and candidates a self-serve channel for high-signal roles in finance, legal, healthcare, and engineering. We are not affiliated with any staffing agency or recruitment firm.
05Do you also post healthcare or other roles?+
Healthcare, engineering, finance, and legal are our four primary verticals. We do not post roles outside these four areas. For other categories, we recommend candidates use general-purpose job boards.
06Can I see comp bands on listings?+
Whenever the employer has provided one. We require a comp band on all featured placements and strongly encourage transparency across every listing. Roles without a disclosed band are flagged with an estimated range based on market data.
