Medical Assistant

Hours:
- Multiple Openings
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for examinations, obtain vital signs, review medical histories, and document patient information in EPIC
- Assist providers with clinical procedures, specimen collection, phlebotomy, EKGs, and point-of-care testing as applicable
- Maintain accurate patient records, manage electronic messages, and coordinate medical documentation
- Support front desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, phone coverage, and general administrative tasks
- Prepare and sanitize examination rooms, instruments, and equipment in accordance with infection control standards
Qualifications:
- Medical Assisting Diploma or Certification
- Comfortable with phlebotomy
- Medical Assisting experience preferred
