Write like a publication, not a form. 150-word minimum; 400-600 words is the sweet spot.

§ Before you post

Questions we usually hear.

01When does my listing go live?+
Within one hour of publishing. Featured placements go live immediately and rotate through the homepage for 30 days. Weekly sector alerts go out every Monday morning Eastern Time.
02Can I edit the listing after posting?+
Yes. The employer dashboard lets you edit, pause, repost, or promote any active listing. Major changes (title, sector, comp band) trigger a light editorial review so the listing doesn't lose its ranking.
03What happens when the listing expires?+
At day 30, the listing moves to "expired" status and stops appearing in alerts. You can renew in one click at the same price or upgrade to featured placement. Bundle listings can be restarted within your 12-month window at no additional cost.
04Do you moderate or edit listings?+
We do a light editorial review on every listing — checking for clarity, typos, missing comp bands, and sector fit. We don't rewrite copy or add inventions. If something is materially off, we'll email you to adjust before publishing.
05What's your refund policy?+
Full refund if you cancel before the listing goes live. After that, single listings are non-refundable but can be transferred to another role. Bundle credits are non-refundable but never expire within the 12-month window.
