Questions we usually hear.

01When does my listing go live?+
Within one hour of publishing. Weekly sector alerts go out every Monday morning Eastern Time.
02Can I edit the listing after posting?+
Yes. The employer dashboard lets you edit, pause, or repost any active listing. Major changes (title, sector, comp band) trigger a light editorial review so the listing doesn't lose its ranking.
03How many listings can I run at once?+
Pro covers up to 50 active listings at a time across any sectors. Unlimited removes the cap. Pausing or filling a role frees the slot — there's no per-listing cost on top of your subscription.
04Do you moderate or edit listings?+
We do a light editorial review on every listing — checking for clarity, typos, missing comp bands, and sector fit. We don't rewrite copy or add inventions. If something is materially off, we'll email you to adjust before publishing.
05How do cancellations work?+
Cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal — your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which active listings move to "paused". No refunds for partial months, but you keep access through the billing-period end.
