Use of the site
TopOneHire is provided as-is for the purpose of browsing job postings, subscribing to alerts, and posting roles as an employer. You agree not to scrape, mirror, or republish job posting content without permission.
Job postings
Employers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their postings. We may decline or remove postings that violate our editorial standards or applicable law.
No employment relationship
TopOneHire is a publisher and listings platform, not an employer. We do not employ candidates or guarantee placement. Any employment relationship is between you and the posting employer.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopOneHire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Changes
These terms will be revised before public launch. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
