Hiring for Clinic Registered Nurses in Greenwich, CT, Rye Brook, NY, and White Plains, NY. OB/GYN and Primary Care settings.
Pay rate: $45-60/hr (Based on experience!)
WORK SCHEDULE
• Hours vary by location/specialty, generally between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Monday thru Friday (8 hour shifts – 40 hours/week)
POSITION OVERVIEW
Seeking Registered Nurses to provide patient-centered care within outpatient physician practices, primarily OB/GYN and Primary Care. RNs will support clinical operations, coordinate patient care, and work collaboratively with physicians, MAs, and other healthcare professionals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform patient assessments, telephone/clinical triage, and coordinate appropriate follow-up care.
• Manage medication refill requests, patient communications, and clinical documentation.
• Administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments according to provider orders.
• Assist with patient rooming, vital signs, and clinical procedures when needed.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and follow-up instructions.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure efficient daily operations and quality patient care.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Required:
• Active RN license in the applicable state (CT or NY).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS/BCLS certification or ability to obtain within one month of hire.
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and patient communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and assist other clinical staff as needed.
Preferred:
• Previous outpatient, OB/GYN, or Primary Care nursing experience.
• EPIC electronic medical records experience.
• Experience with medication refills, vaccine administration, and clinical triage.
• BSN degree or relevant specialty certification.
