Dental Assistant ($28/hr) – Chevy Chase, MD

Contract to potential hire!

Location: Chevy Chase, MD

Rate: $22-$28/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8:45am-4:45pm, Friday: 8:15am-4:15pm 

Description:

• Assists the doctor by passing instruments, aspirating intra-oral fluids, mixing materials and medicaments during examinations or treatment.

• Provides customer service support to patients by escorting them to and from the treatment room and prepping them for care by the doctor.

• Reviews patient’s medical history, progress from the previous visit, if applicable, and the scheduled treatment plan with each patient.

Requirements:

• High shcool diploma or equivalent required.

• At least 1-2 years of dental assisting experience or previous experience in the dental field (open to recent grads as well) 

• Completion of an accredited dental assistant training program
