Outpatient Clinician – Malden, MA
Growing behavioral health nonprofit is seeking a full-time Outpatient Clinician to join their team in the Malden, MA area.
Compensation
- $62k for unlicensed (license eligible), OR $64k for licensed
- Caseload: 35-40 clients
Schedule / Location
- Monday through Friday, day-time and evening hours (hours may vary to accommodate client schedules), 40 hours per week
- On-site to start; eligible to apply for up to 2 remote days per week after completing the 6-month new hire probationary period, remaining in good standing, and meeting productivity requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services to an assigned caseload, including individual, family, and group therapy
- Conduct CANS, comprehensive assessments, and treatment plans according to timeframe specifications
- Document and maintain client progress in the agency EHR system
- Produce reports and documentation for third party billing and licensing/accreditation requirements
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
- Maintain regular communication with collaterals regarding client treatment
- Attend clinical rounds, treatment planning meetings, and trainings as assigned
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
- Eligible for LICSW, LMHC, or other clinical license
- Familiar with trauma informed care
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Approved background checks (CORI, DCF, and driving)
