Facilities Maintenance Technician

- Monday- Friday
- 8-4:30
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Valid drivers license
- High School/GED- required
- 2 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Builds working relationships with colleagues within the agency.
- Develops understanding of how other agency programs work and the needs each program serves, refers clients to other programs within the agency as needed.
- Responds in a timely manner to all requests for information/assistance from agency colleagues.
- Work assignments will include facility maintenance and renovation projects which will require a measure of discipline with all building trades.
- Responsible for operation, maintenance, and repair of all building mechanical systems including security and fire alarms, plus, all building exterior needs.
- Monitor all code issues on assigned structures
- Address state and local periodic inspections including elevators, sprinklers, fire panels, fire extinguishers, health, boilers, and back flow devices as directed by supervisor.
Pay Rate:
- $ $24–$27 per hour

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
