Women’s Health Advanced Practice Provider (CNM, WHNP, NP, or PA)
Location: Connecticut
Salary: $116,000–$126,000+ (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30 am – 5 pm
A well-established health organization is seeking an experienced Women’s Health Advanced Practice Provider to join its growing OB/GYN team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient women’s healthcare in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities

Provide preventive gynecologic care, including annual exams and contraceptive management

Evaluate and treat common gynecologic conditions

Deliver prenatal and postpartum care

Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice

Order and interpret diagnostic testing, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals

Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive health

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members

Complete timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings
Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Midwifery, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant program

Active or eligible Connecticut NP, PA, or CNM license

National certification required

Minimum of 1 year of Women’s Health APP experience (no new graduates)

OB/GYN clinical training required

Experience providing outpatient women’s health, gynecologic, and prenatal care preferred
