Practice Assistant 
Boston MA (NO PARKING)

Temp to hire 
Schedule: Monday through Friday, must be flexible for an 8hr shift anywhere between 7:15am-5:45pm 
Pay: $24-27/hour 

Responsibilities: 

• Verify patient’s identity using 2 identifiers when scheduling and during check-in process. 
• Answer incoming telephone lines in a timely and professional manner. 
• Respond to telephone messages within established timeframes.
• Assume primary responsibility for scheduling patient appointments. Cancel and reschedule appointments as needed. 

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or GED 
• At least 6 months of healthcare administration experience required 
• Epic experience preferred
