The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of manufacturing workforce needs, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently. Experience in high-volume recruiting is required, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly SuccessFactors, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume requisition load with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent across job boards, social platforms, talent communities, and competitive markets.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate experience management.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers by providing market insights, pipeline updates, and strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain a high bar for candidate quality while meeting aggressive hiring timelines.
  • Track and manage candidate activity in SuccessFactors (ATS) with precision and compliance
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to provide timely updates on recruitment progress and next steps.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with strong sourcing capability for hourly manufacturing roles.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Experience operating as an in-house recruiter, managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills, including Boolean search, passive outreach, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Recruiting experience within manufacturing or similar industries is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred), job boards and sourcing tools.
