Maintenance Technician

A Maintenance Tech needed for Multi – Family Properties

Pay Rate: $20-21/hr On-Call Pay: $100 flat per week on call + hourly rate if called in for work

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM On-call coverage includes all day Mon-Fri + Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities 

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across the property
• Respond quickly and professionally to resident service requests
• Communicate clearly with residents and teammates
• Partner with the property management team to maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment
• Be available for on-call support around the clock

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred
• On-call availability required
