Plumbing Service Technician
Location: Sarasota, FL
Pay: $22.00–$28.00/ hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing systems
- Repair and replace plumbing components
- Service water supply and drainage systems
- Inspect systems and identify repair or replacement needs
- Explain repair and replacement options to customers
- Recommend plumbing products and services
- Provide professional customer service in residential homes
- Document work performed and materials used
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
- Follow company and OSHA safety procedures
- Participate in weekly meetings, hands-on training, and mentoring
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Residential plumbing troubleshooting and repair experience
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable, professional, and willing to learn and grow
- Comfortable working inside residential customer homes

- Residential plumbing service and repair

- Drain cleaning
- Plumbing replacements
- Plumbing certifications or licenses
- Customer-facing service experience
