Hiring for a Business Development Representative that is able to work Friday to Monday (schedule below).
Pay: $55,000 – $75,000/year base salary + Incentive Opportunities (based on experience!)
Compensation: This position offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped monthly incentive plan. The more you get out into your territory, build relationships, and bring in new patient referrals, the more you earn.

Position Overview:
Seeking a Weekend Business Development Representative (Weekend BDR) to support referral growth and territory development within the East Coast Florida market. This role focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners while representing the company throughout the assigned territory.
The Weekend BDR will develop referral partnerships with healthcare organizations including hospitals, emergency departments, urgent cares, primary care offices, and other medical referral sources. This position works closely with leadership and the Business Development team to increase brand awareness, strengthen referral relationships, and support patient growth.

Starting Process / Training:
- Candidate will initially report to the Bradenton office during the onboarding and training period.
- Once fully trained and comfortable with the role, the candidate will have the flexibility to begin their day directly in the field.
- This position requires strong knowledge of the East Coast Florida market and comfort managing a territory independently.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners throughout the East Coast Florida territory
- Conduct consistent in-person outreach and territory visits
- Develop relationships with hospitals, emergency departments, urgent cares, primary care offices, and healthcare organizations
- Communicate effectively with nurses, case managers, office managers, providers, and other key contacts
- Tailor communication style and approach based on the audience, setting, and relationship
- Conduct professional presentations and business discussions with referral partners
- Educate referral sources on how the company supports motor vehicle accident patients through personal injury, chiropractic, and pain management care
- Execute territory sales strategies and marketing plans to support referral growth
- Maintain consistent follow-up with referral partners and key contacts
- Track outreach activity, conversations, and results within CRM systems
- Monitor territory performance against goals and adjust efforts as needed
- Collaborate with leadership and business development teams to achieve growth goals
- Represent the company professionally as a community and healthcare ambassador
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of consultative selling experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through
- Ability to manage a full territory schedule and adapt to changing priorities
- Confidence in asking for the business in a professional and respectful way
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
- Professional judgment, discretion, and accountability
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to read a room, understand dynamics, and adjust communication style as needed
- Strong adaptability and ability to work across different territories, markets, and personalities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must be comfortable with extensive travel throughout the assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous medical sales or healthcare business development experience preferred
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or referral-based sales preferred
- Other sales backgrounds will be considered depending on the type of sales experience and ability to build professional relationships
- Experience working in a relationship-driven, activity-based sales environment
- Experience working with healthcare providers, hospitals, physicians, case managers, or referral networks preferred
- CRM experience preferred
- Existing knowledge of the East Coast Florida healthcare market preferred
- Familiarity with local roadways, hospital systems, and referral networks strongly preferred
- Spanish bilingual preferred

Work Environment:
- Field-based position based out of Bradenton
- Territory includes West Palm Beach, Royal Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and surrounding areas
- Frequent in-person meetings with healthcare providers and referral partners
- Travel up to 75-80% during scheduled workdays
- No overnight travel required
- $400/month vehicle stipend provided
Success in This Role:
A successful Weekend BDR will increase referral partnerships, strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, and help expand the company’s presence throughout the East Coast Florida market by consistently representing the organization
