Maintenance Tech

Temp: 3-4 Weeks 
Temp Pay: $19-22/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8AM-4PM
30-minute unpaid lunch (or can do two 15s)
Requirements: 

• 2+ years of residential maintenance technician experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC

Responsibilities:

• Maintain residential apartment homes and other areas on the property including building exteriors, interiors, and public areas
• Perform small appliance, plumbing, electrical, and other repairs in residential apartments and other areas of the property
• Install tile and laminate flooring
• Manage turnover of empty apartment units including repairs (sheetrock, taping, sanding, painting, and fixing doors, windows, light fixtures, etc.)

Perform other duties as assigned
