TEMP ONLY – several weeks
Pay: $19-20/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8AM-4PM
30-minute unpaid lunch (or can do two 15s)
About the Role:
- Complex has 80-units total
- Building has Maintenance team but overseeing construction – need someone in a temp capacity to assist with basic maintenance requests and unit turnover
- Property Manager said it’s helpful if they have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, but not necessarily required since they do still have their regular maintenance team
Requirements:
- 2+ years of residential maintenance technician experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC
Responsibilities:
- Maintain residential apartment homes and other areas on the property including building exteriors, interiors, and public areas
- Perform small appliance, plumbing, electrical, and other repairs in residential apartments and other areas of the property
- Install tile and laminate flooring
- Manage turnover of empty apartment units including repairs (sheetrock, taping, sanding, painting, and fixing doors, windows, light fixtures, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned
