Plumbing Service Technician –
Location: Sarasota, FL – Residential Customer Homes
Type: Full-Time, Permanent | Field-Based
Pay: $22–$28/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing systems.
- Repair, replace, and maintain plumbing components and systems.
- Service water supply and drainage systems.
- Inspect systems and identify repair or replacement needs.
- Explain repair/replacement options to customers.
- Recommend appropriate plumbing services and products.
- Provide professional customer service in residential homes.
- Document work performed, materials used, and recommendations.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle.
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
- Participate in team meetings, hands-on training, and mentoring.
Requirements
- 2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred.
- Strong plumbing troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of residential plumbing systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
