Pay: $23/hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM
Type: Temp 30-day assignment with potential extension
Responsibilities
- Apartment turnovers and general cleaning
- Complete resident/site maintenance work orders
- Repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, painting, and masonry
- Maintain grounds, landscaping, and curb appeal
- Participate in scheduled on-call/emergency coverage
Requirements
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience
- General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
- Basic computer/tablet skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic English proficiency
