Commercial & Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) — Fully Remote

100% REMOTE (equipment provided)
Part-Time — 3 days per week, 9am-5pm
We are currently seeking a part-time Commercial & Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a growing insurance agency with a small, close-knit team environment. This is a fully remote position — no in-office or hybrid requirement. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task, work as a team player and possess excellent customer service skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Issue Binders and Certificates of Insurance.
- Process Policy Changes and Endorsements.
- Rate new business and renewals.
- Update and utilize AMS360 (agency management system). Will train for the right candidate.
- Provide outstanding customer service and communicate with clients in a professional manner.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 1-2 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience with a retail broker / independent agency
