Bilingual Property Manager – Direct Hire
Salary: $60,000–$62,000/year
Location: The two properties are approximately 1 minute apart in Fort Myers.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Requirements
- 2+ years of multifamily Property Manager experience – required
- Bilingual English/Spanish – required
- No Realtor background — candidates with only Realtor experience are not eligible
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Experience with budgets, occupancy, resident retention, and property operations
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Experience recruiting, training, and developing staff
- High school diploma/GED required
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of two apartment communities totaling approximately 130 units
- Oversee occupancy, revenue, budgets, and expenses
- Lead and develop onsite teams
- Work closely with the Assistant Property Manager
- Handle resident concerns and maintain strong resident relationships
- Oversee leasing, maintenance, reporting, and administrative operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing requirements
- Communicate with regional leadership and onsite staff
Preferred
- CAM, CAPS, or HCCP certification
- Experience managing multiple communities
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, or related field
