Staff Accountant

This Staff Accountant role is fully remote, the candidate must be on the East Coast

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Accounts Payable invoices
• Process Accounts Receivable invoices
• Daily cash postings and journal entries
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
• Account reconciliations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Experience with cash application and account reconciliations
• Experience with QuickBooks is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
