Batch Maker
Location: Billerica, MA
Hours: M-F7:30am-4pm
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Job Responsibilities
- Stage and charge raw materials into mixing containers according to batch instructions.
- Follow batch procedures to manufacture quality products.
- Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure batches meet specifications.
- Adjust batches under QC guidance until approved.
- Follow the production schedule and communicate issues or concerns to the Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow PPE and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written instructions and batch procedures.
- Ability to operate high-speed dispersers, material handling equipment, and digital scales.
- Chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50–60 pounds.
