Hiring a Leasing/Recertification Specialist for a Affordable Housing Community

Pay: $22–$24/hr.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
 

Responsibilities:

• Process new resident certifications, recertifications, and lease renewals.
• Determine eligibility for Section 8 and LIHTC programs.
• Collect required documentation and maintain accurate resident files.
• Maintain property waiting lists and resident records.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and apartment inspections.
• Communicate with Housing Authorities regarding certifications and subsidy changes.
• Calculate income, assets, and resident rent amounts.
• Utilize EIV in accordance with HUD guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and Fair Housing regulations.
• Assist with additional office and administrative duties as needed.
