Maintenance Technician

Temp to Hire
Schedule: M-F 7:30am-4:00pm
Location: Boston Massachusetts 02118
Pay: $27/hr

Primary responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance, including:
  • Basic plumbing repairs
  • Basic electrical repairs
  • Carpentry
  • Painting
  • Groudskeeping
• Complete preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and food service equipment.
• Assist with facility setups for special events.
• Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal and grounds maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance work orders using electronic devices.
• Maintain positive working relationships with facilities staff and other departments.

Required qualifications

• Previous facilities or property maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of:
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical systems
  • Carpentry
  • Painting
