Practice Assistant

Hiring for a Practice Assistant in Lexington, MA

Contract role with strong chance of converting to permanent!

EPIC EMR is required!
Must have at least 1 year of recent medical admin experience 

Pay: $24/hr
Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm
Requirements:

• At least 1 year of Medical Office/Medical Admin experience 
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include outlook, word, excel PowerPoint or Access, and other web-based applications. May produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases
• Epic required

Responsibilities:

• The role is heavily office based (phone calls, patient portal messages, navigating insurance, scheduling etc)
• Will be responsible for greeting patients, verify demographic information and insurance information
• Check in for PT, OT and radiology services
