Workers’ Compensation Paralegal

Our client, a respected law firm in Fort Myers, is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join its legal team. This role provides direct support to attorneys by managing case files, preparing documents, tracking deadlines, and assisting with all aspects of workers’ compensation matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience; workers’ compensation experience preferred
• Experience with legal case management, document management, and time-entry software
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Paralegal certificate, NALA certification, or Florida Registered Paralegal designation preferred
