Corporate Paralegal- International Law Firm, New York
An international law firm seeks an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their NY office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage corporate and securities documents, with a focus on Blue Sky filings
- Coordinate and assist with transaction closings, including document execution and assembling closing binders.
- Conduct due diligence and legal research, supporting clients and practitioners with public finance and securities matters; bond resolution experience is a plus.
- Manage UCC and other regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with filing requirements.
- Guide and support junior team members.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of corporate law experience with expertise in Blue Sky filings, securities, and Form D.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, document management, and timekeeping software.
Ideal candidates will have a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a client-focused approach. Experience with bond resolutions is valued but not required.
