Finance Manager (FP&A Focus) – Remote/Hybrid
Comp Target: $135-145K + bonus
About the Role We are seeking a high-impact Finance Manager to serve as a key business partner to senior leadership. You will own end-to-end financial planning, reporting, and analysis for multiple business lines, acting as the primary advisor on pipeline, bookings, revenue, and expense management. We need a strong analytical leader who can translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations that drive strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership: Partner with cross-functional leadership to manage performance, ensuring revenue and expense targets are met.

Forecasting & Planning: Lead the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes, including variance analysis and identifying key drivers.

Reporting Excellence: Deliver timely, high-quality reporting that highlights business trends, potential risks, and growth opportunities for executive review.

Financial Oversight: Oversee revenue recognition and project profitability reporting, ensuring data integrity and providing clear visibility into margins.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline FP&A workflows through automation and modern analytical tools.

Dashboards & Modeling: Maintain and enhance forecasting models and develop real-time dashboards to track KPIs across the organization.

Data Integrity: Collaborate with operations teams to refine data warehouse logic and business rules, ensuring financial reporting accuracy across core business systems.

Strategic Support: Lead ad-hoc analysis, including preparation for board-level presentations and financial support for strategic planning initiatives.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with a proven track record of supporting senior stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.

Technical Proficiency: Expert-level experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce, Adaptive Planning, Power BI).

Communication: Exceptional influencing skills—you have the ability to build credibility quickly and communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial leaders.

Financial Acumen: A deep understanding of financial statements, U.S. GAAP, and core accounting principles.

The “Backbone” Factor: A strong, hands-on leader who is comfortable working in a matrix structure, managing multiple priorities, and proactively driving data integrity.
