Hours Monday – Friday 6:30am start time
Roughly 8-12 hour days – OT
Pay – $21-$23/hr based on experience
Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical distribution equipment and related components.
- Lift and position panels weighing over 50 lbs., securing them in place with bolts and hardware.
- Work with components made of steel, copper, and aluminum.
- Read and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, or work orders.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting quality and production standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for the entire shift (excluding scheduled breaks).
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver panels weighing more than 50 lbs.
- Experience assembling components made of steel, copper, and aluminum.
- Experience with electrical distribution equipment is preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
