- Orientation: Monday – Friday 9:00a – 5:00p (MANDATORY)
Responsibilities:
- Perform headcounts and document exact locations of residents every 15 minutes
- Validate consensus counts with outgoing staff before taking the floor, and remain on post until incoming relief is securely positioned
- Manage crisis situations, resolve conflicts, and guide the development of positive habits aligned with individualized service plans
- Administer medical waive/drug testing for residents returning from home visits or AWOL incidents. Fully pass medication and management protocols
- Complete accurate daily logs and operational forms before checking out of shift
- Maintain 24/7 environment structure adhering strictly to DBHDS and DSS state standards
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Age 21 or above
- Bilingual strongly preferred
Compensation:
- $20-25/hr
