Customer Service Representative
Location: West Yarmouth, MA
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and focused professional to support our Service Department. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Review overnight service emails and submit tickets into the system
- Schedule service calls
- Complete annual commercial building inspection reports
- Handle 30+ inbound calls per day
- Communicate with service technicians and coordinate service activities

Additional Requirements
- Local to Cape Cod (within approximately 30 minutes preferred)
- Ability to communicate with strong-willed field technicians using compassion and logic
- Experience in the security, fire alarm, or camera industry (field or office)
- Must be able to pass a CORI check
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Preferably someone with long-term availability (not nearing retirement)

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
