Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in a timely manner
- Conduct inspections and identify areas for improvement or repair.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a well-maintained community.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in a multi-unit residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. Plumbing or electrical license preferred but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
