Home health agency hiring for nurses.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 10pm-6am, Can be 5-6 days a week(Full Time)
Part Time Options:

• Option 1: Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 10PM-6AM
• Option 2: Friday/Saturday/Sunday 10PM-6AM
• Option 3: Friday and Sunday 10PM-6AM

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes during the overnight shift.
• Monitor patient health and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and observations.
• Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort as needed.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN/LPN) license in the state of Indiana.
• Experience in home health nursing or overnight care preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
