Medical Assistant ($25/hr) – Sarasota, FL

Contract to potential hire!

Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm

Location: Sarasota, FL

Rate: $20-$25/hr DOE

Description:

• Prepare patients for exams, treatments, and procedures
• Obtain and document vitals, medical history, and chief complaints
• Assist providers during examinations and in-office procedures
• Greet patients and provide a professional experience at check-in and check-out
• Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments

Requirements:

•  High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program
• 1+ year of Medical Assistant or clinical experience
• Experience in a patient-facing healthcare environment
