HYBRID Customer Service Representative ($20/hr)

Qualifications:

• Wellness or related field experience and/or basic knowledge preferred
• CX, Sales, or Refund Resolution background required
• CRM experience required; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and basic documentation/tracking systems
• Well spoken and articulate
• Professional on the phone; the role requires phone calls with customers
• Personal commitment to health and wellness
• Flexible availability across standard business hours in multiple time zones
• Available for a minimum of 30 hours of calls per week
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
• Understands/can function remotely with Zoom/Google Meet
• Salesforce experience
