Contract HR Coordinator

Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- Onsite/On The Road (Mileage Reimbursement)
Requirements:
- Experience needed – 1-2 years, or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
- Education requirement – Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience or equivalency.
- Prior higher education and/or union environment experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on, onsite support to new hires navigating the onboarding process,
- Manage end-to-end onboarding compliance within Workday (or other HCM systems), ensuring data accuracy in a high-volume environment to eliminate errors, delays, and system “send-backs.”
- Conduct thorough reference checks for finalists, ensuring comprehensive vetting and documentation to support informed hiring decisions.
- Attention to detail with a track record of maintaining absolute confidentiality and managing highly sensitive employee data.
- Ability to manage high-volume scheduling, administrative tasks, and shifting priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience supporting diverse populations, union environments, or employee groups with varying digital literacy and language backgrounds.
Pay Rate:
- $25 / hour
…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
