Registered Nurse
Salary: $105,000 – $120,700
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, daytime hours, with occasional weekend and holiday coverage.
A fertility and reproductive health practice is seeking an experienced RN to support patients throughout their fertility treatment journey. This role works closely with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate care, provide patient education, manage treatment plans, and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate fertility treatment plans and patient care activities
• Serve as a primary clinical resource for patients throughout treatment
• Provide education regarding fertility procedures, medications, and treatment protocols
• Communicate test results, physician recommendations, and treatment instructions
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation
• Assist with medication management, prescription coordination, and prior authorizations
• Support procedural and recovery room activities as needed
• Monitor clinical inventory and maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring of clinical team members
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday coverage
Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient education skills
Requirements
• Prior fertility, reproductive endocrinology, infertility, or IVF experience required
