Patient Service Representative ($26/hr) – Hopedale, MA

Contract to potential hire! 

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

Rate: $24-$26/hr DOE 

Description:

• Schedule new/follow-up visits, imaging, and other testing as needed.
• Answer and route calls/messages; prioritize urgent issues; document all patient contacts with clear next steps.
• Verify demographics/insurance, collect copays, issue visit summaries, and schedule further testing/appts.

Requirements:

•  2+ years in medical office/front desk or care coordination; orthopedics/spine preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR, Epic preferred (scheduling, referrals, in-basket messaging).
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
