Medical Assistant

Schedule:
Ocean office, main location – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:45AM-5PM
Hazlet office – every other Thursday 8:45AM-5PM
West Orange office – 1x per month 10AM-5PM 

Pay: $20-21/hour

Requirements: 

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• Working EMR knowledge required, eClinicalWorks preferred

Responsibilities:

• Room patients
• Measure and record vital signs
• Assist physician with minor procedures
• Regularly update EMR with patient demographics and insurance related changes
• Answer phones in a professional and pleasant manner
• Schedule appointments, verify patient information, collect co-payments
• Work closely with other staff members to provide efficient / outstanding service to patients
