We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers and agents. This role is responsible for handling inbound calls and emails, providing account and portal support, answering policy-related questions, documenting customer interactions, and escalating complex issues when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer and agent inquiries via phone and email
- Provide Tier 1 support for account, portal, and policy questions
- Document interactions accurately in internal systems
- Escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed
- Assist with outbound customer communications
- Participate in training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, call center, or administrative experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
