Requirements
•MUST be able to understand and interpret provided blueprints to determine specific masking requirements
•MUST have previous masking experience in an aerospace/manufacturing setting.
•Using various masking tapes, foils, plugs, screws, and other masking materials, Maskers must be able to apply such materials to customer parts as indicated in the specific masking instructions for the specific customer(s) and part number/type.
•Maskers must be able to mask parts that have a weight of up to 20+ pounds each, depending upon the customer(s) and part number/type.
•MUST be detail oriented and quality focused.
•Supervisor potential and experience is a plus.
•Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail and a mature level of patience.
• Positive attitude and willing to help where and when needed.
•All Masking employees must be able to work flexible hours and overtime including evenings and weekends when necessary.
•Strong communication skills required – both written and spoken.
•Computer skills/familiarity with using computers required.
•Must be able to easily follow written and verbal instructions; must be able to read and understand instructions from management and customers.

* Flexibility with work schedule. (Overtime may be available from time to time)
