TTH – Drug / background screen – random drug tests due to FAA / DOD work
- Must have covid vax ( Owners prefernece to have atleast one vaccine) / own car – no public transporation ( owners preference)

Responsibilities
•Set up and operate a burnish cabinet or walk-in booth or room or similar equipment
•Load and unload the burnish cabinet with glass bead or other required media
•Burnish parts that have been coated with our IVD Aluminum coating according to the specification required for each part.
•Visually inspect parts before, during, and after the burnish process to ensure proper burnishing
Requirments
High school diploma or GED certificate
•Previous burnishing or sandblasting experience or training preferred but not required
•Experience working with or removing heavy metals a plus
•Physical stamina
•Familiarity with power tools
•MUST be able to work well independently and within a team setting
•Burnishers must be able to lift parts comfortably that have a weight of up to 20+ pounds each, depending upon the customer(s) and part number/type.
•MUST be detail oriented and quality focused.
•Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail and a mature level of patience.
•Positive attitude and willing to help where and when needed.
•Flexible schedule as all employees must be able to work flexible hours and overtime when needed, including evenings and weekends, when necessary. Advanced notice will be given.
•Strong communication skills required – both written and spoken.
•Computer skills/familiarity with using computers required.
