Patient Care Coordinator – Chiropractic Clinic

Type: direct hire

Schedule: Weekends

  • Fridays: 8:00a – 5:00p
  • Saturdays: 9:00a – 5:00p

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a chiropractic office is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong understanding of chiropractic office flow, patient scheduling, and front desk responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic
  • Professional, friendly, and confident communication with patients and staff
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Spanish required

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and visitors professionally in person and by phone
  • Schedule patients efficiently while helping maintain provider flow and patient satisfaction
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, phone coverage, and paperwork
  • Retrieve, update, and maintain accurate patient records
  • Support intake processes and ensure required documentation is completed correctly
  • Collect patient payments and verify financial information as needed
  • Communicate patient arrivals and scheduling updates to the care team
  • Help keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly throughout the day
  • Maintain the waiting area and front office in a clean and professional condition
  • Monitor office supplies and submit orders as needed

. . . Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions. Once both qualifiers are met you must complete the enrollment packet and your benefits will start on the first of the subsequent month. . .
