Hiring for an FMLA Coordinator for a clinic in Boston, MA.
Francis St area – no parking available, public transit is best
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
One to two month coverage role only!
Pay: $25-27/hr (basedon experinece
MUST HAVE: 1 year of recent FMLA experience and Epic experience required
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with clinical team to obtain correct leave paperwork for the patients and souses for medical, maternity, and paternity leave
- Assess each request, utilizes Epic medical record alongside clinical team to fill out the paperwork correctly
- Works with patients to return paperwork in timely manner
- Responsible for creating systematic process to effectively complete leave paperwork in a standardized and timely manner
- Establish collaborative relationships with our clinical teams, other department coordinators, and the state of Massachusetts
- Customer service: scheduling, including insurance authorizations, payment collections, referrals, patient accounts services, financial counseling, etc.
Requirements:
- At least one year of recent FMLA and Epic experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology (OB/GYN preferred)
- HSD or equivalent required, AS or AA preferred
