Maintenance Technician – $23/hour

We have partnered with a 400 unit multifamily property in Groton who is in need of additional Maintenance help!

Maintenance Techs are responsible for ensuring apartments are move-in ready, general clean up around the property and completing work orders.

The hours are 8am – 5pm Monday-Friday and paying $22-24/hour

Responsibilities:

• Light Plumbing (leaky faucets, snaking drains, installing new toilets, caulking)
• Light Electrical (changing fixtures, switches)
• Painting
• Drywall Patching
• Clean Up

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
