We are in need of Maintenance/Service Coordinator for a Property Management company in Clinton.
The company is a mix of managing 25 condo complexes across CT and a real estate firm that merged 5 years ago, have tripled in size and now need extra help coordinator Maintenance and Service for all properties..
Good phone and email etiquette, should have some office experience as this role is very high-volume with phone and email work and speaking with tenants.
The hours are 8am – 5pm and paying $25/hour
Main Responsibilities include:
- Oversight, coordination, management of service requests and work orders.
- Daily review of incoming service requests and work orders.
- Process incoming service requests and work orders received via telephone and/or email.
- Assignment to appropriate vendor.
- Follow up to ensure completion, communicate with Unit Owners as needed via software, email or phone.
- Submission to vendors/contractors
- Deadline tracking.
- Assist Property Managers with coordination of project execution.
- Communication with vendors/contractors regarding start date and timeline.
- Daily monitoring of emails for employee (1) and service department (1).
- Assist Property Manager in compilation of reports for Board of Directors and/or Board Meetings.
- Handling phone calls as needed with unit owners, vendors and board members.
