We are beginning the search for a client of ours who is looking for a new CFO that will lead the company through financial management! This role will have complete oversight of the budget process, contract administration, grant management, and risk management.
This CFO role will oversee the organization’s overall budget as well as overseeing Federal grant management, managing cash flow, overseeing annual audits, and developing internal controls. The CFO will prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors.
The role will oversee both HR and the finance departments, ensuring the company’s HR practices are fully aligned with the organization’s financial and strategic objectives.

. . . Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
