BILLING SPECIALIST
Location: South FL (On-Site)
Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Pay: $22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5:30PM
A well-established, family-owned company in South Florida is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their billing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle full-cycle B2B billing and collections
- Process and reconcile client payments daily, weekly, and monthly
- Support AR aging reduction and collections efforts
- Respond to client billing inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with process improvement and SOP development
- Train and mentor new team members
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years full-cycle B2B billing/AR experience
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- CRM and electronic payment gateway experience
- PCI-DSS and HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
