Job Responsibilities
- Greet patients in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
- Check patients in and out of the office
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Verify patient demographic and insurance information
- Collect copays, deductibles, and other patient payments
- Obtain and update patient medical records and information
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments, referrals, and office procedures
- Coordinate with physicians, medical assistants, and other office staff
- Maintain an organized and efficient front desk/reception area
- Handle administrative tasks and other duties as needed
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- Previous medical office or front desk experience preferred
- Experience in an orthopedic or specialty medical office is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
