Phlebotomist
Part-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Hours:
- Tuesday and Thursday 11:30a – 6:30p
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-accuracy routine venipunctures, ensuring patient comfort and proper handling, processing, and labeling of laboratory specimens
- Assist physicians directly during Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments, including sterile specimen preparation, handling, and protocol execution
- Handle opening and closing room preparations, enforce strict sanitization and cleanup protocols, and manage clinical inventory and supplies
- Maintain an upbeat, positive, and empathetic attitude to foster a welcoming, professional, and supportive clinical environment
- Adhere strictly to universal precautions, infection control regulations, OSHA standards, and patient privacy (HIPAA) guidelines
Qualifications:
- Consistent phlebotomy experience (2+ years)
- Strong venipuncture skills
- PRP experience preferred
Compensation:
- $20-22/hr
- Pay is dependent on experience
